The updated ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit brings additional off-road capability with all-new 35-inch General Grabber tires and an auxiliary lighting package to supplement original performance & styling upgrades
LIVONIA, MICH. (December 2022) – ROUSH Performance, an industry leader in top-of-the-line aftermarket superchargers, engines and other racing and off-road performance components, has announced an update to its 2021+ Bronco R Series Kit. It now includes all-new 35-inch General Tire Grabber X3 mud-terrain tires, an off-road lighting package with Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro lights and a voucher for tire calibration. The new additional features are included along with all the original components: five ROUSH-designed off-road wheels, the ROUSH Performance Air Induction and Axle-Back Exhaust Systems, ROUSH styling upgrades and is now 50-state legal.
To match the rest of the off-road-ready kit, ROUSH has included all-new General Tire Grabber X3 mud-terrain tires paired with the ROUSH Iridium Grey off-road wheels. The addition of the tires improves off-road capability and provides a more aggressive stance for the R Series Bronco. The ROUSH wheels measure 17×8.5 inches with a +25mm offset.
The updated R Series kit also prepares the Bronco for when the trail gets dark by adding a pair of Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro pillar lights. The 3-inch LED pod lights feature durable powder-coated aluminum construction, custom ROUSH covers and a higher output intensity than any other 3-inch light on the market. Designed for maximum functionality on and off-road, the Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro lights give additional confidence and safety when wheeling after the sun goes down.
The ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit also includes ROUSH’s Performance Air Induction System, which delivers a 30% improvement in airflow over the factory system, includes an off-road prefilter and maintains the Bronco’s water-fording capability. The included ROUSH Axle-Back Exhaust System is constructed of T304 stainless steel, improves ground clearance and departure angle, and adds a signature ROUSH roar to the Bronco.
Performance and capability are only half the story. Each ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit features a variety of exterior enhancements that help identify the vehicle as a ROUSH Bronco. The ROUSH Graphics Package consists of hood graphics, a ROUSH windshield banner, American Flag graphics, a Jack Roush signature decal and Body Side Graphics (four-door Broncos only). The kit also includes ROUSH front fender badges, a ROUSH “R” trailer hitch cover and a ROUSH Performance license plate frame.
To enhance and add additional functionality to the interior, ROUSH’s Floor Protection Kit features full-depth front, middle (four-door models only) and rear section floor liners. The ROUSH Off-Road Recovery Kit comes with a weatherproof storage case, recovery strap, D-links, flashlight and work gloves. A Console Vault safe allows for secure storage of valuables. In addition to the interior accessories, every R Series kit includes two ROUSH key fobs.
The ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit can be ordered for any trim level of the 2021+ Ford Bronco (two-door and four-door models) equipped with either the 2.3L or 2.7L engines and is 50-state legal. Each kit comes with a certificate of authenticity and is shipped in a limited-edition laser-engraved crate that can be disassembled and kept as a keepsake.
The ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit has an MSRP of $8,400 and can be ordered and installed at a ROUSH Authorized Dealer or shipped at no additional charge directly to consumers if ordered on ROUSH’s website. The ROUSH Air Induction System (P/N 422233) and Axle-Back Exhaust System (P/N 422234) are available separately and have an MSRP of $479.99 and $1,049.99, respectively. The ROUSH Bronco Wheels can be purchased for $339.99 each.
