The ROUSH Bronco Performance Pac – Level 1 adds 40 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque to the popular off-road platform
LIVONIA, MICH. (Nov. 2022) – ROUSH Performance, an industry leader in top-of-the-line aftermarket superchargers, engines and other racing and off-road performance components, has just released its newest Bronco Performance Pac – Level 1. The kit fits 2021+ Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost engines and pairs the ROUSH Bronco Cold Air Intake with a ROUSH Powertrain Control Module Calibration, adding 40 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque over stock. The ROUSH Bronco Performance Pac serves as the perfect upgrade for Bronco owners looking to get extra power out of their vehicles.
ROUSH Performance has engineered the kit with high-performance throttle and boost mapping for increased horsepower, torque and throttle response throughout the rpm range. The kit also disables the auto start/stop feature through calibration. The included Cold Air Intake improves airflow to the engine via reduced intake restriction and features a high-flow washable air filter that does not require oiling. The intake housing uses a transparent lid engineered to maintain the factory water fording capability so owners can feel confident pushing their Bronco to its limit. The components have been designed using OEM CAD data to ensure they fit the Bronco perfectly. The kit requires a minimum of 91-octane fuel and vehicles fitted with larger wheel and tire packages may yield different power results.
The Bronco Performance Pac – Level 1 serves as ROUSH’s latest addition to a growing selection of performance modifications for the 2021+ Bronco. ROUSH’s other Bronco offerings include the Bronco Axle-Back Exhaust System, the standalone Bronco Air Induction System, the 17-inch Iridium Grey Wheel Package, and the ROUSH Bronco R Series Kit.
The Bronco Performance Pac – Level 1 (Part # 422235) retails for $999.99 and comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile limited powertrain warranty. Installation of the software is simple with the standard J2534 re-flash interface (not included) using the supplied ROUSH Diagnostic Tool utility (dealer service charges may apply).
