The precision CNC-machined billet aluminum bolt-on gas cap adds Ringbrothers flair to any custom project.
Spring Green, Wis. (February, 2017) – Internationally acclaimed custom car builder and billet parts manufacturer Ringbrothers has announced the addition of the Universal Billet Gas Cap to its line of high quality CNC-machined billet accessories for classic American vehicles. Ringbrothers billet products are artfully constructed in-house in Spring Green, Wisconsin and are engineered to outperform the factory pieces.
The Ringbrothers Universal Billet Gas Cap is designed as a universal product that fits several different makes and models. Ringbrothers developed this cap on many of its recent custom builds, including the 1958 Ford F-100 shop truck Mike and Jim built for themselves, as well as customer cars like the 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle “Recoil” and most recently, the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro “G-Code” and the 1965 Ford Mustang convertible “Ballistic.”
The Ringbrothers Universal Billet Gas Cap (Part Number: 99000-9208) is machined from solid 6061–T6 aluminum and is designed to bond to an existing fuel cap, rather than be a direct product replacement. The Ringbrothers cap lends a pleasing weight and shape to the factory fuel filler and serves to increase the appearance of quality of any custom car.
The cap is available in either a natural finish or a black hard-anodized aluminum finish, comes with all necessary hardware for affixing it to the factory cap, including six stainless Allen-head screws and is machined with pride in the U.S. to Ringbrothers’ exacting quality
standards. For more information on the Ringbrothers or its line of beautifully crafted parts, please visit www.Ringbrothers.com or call the Ringbrothers shop at 608-588-7399.
