Custom design includes protective wraparound padding and offers a secure storage solution with unhindered backup visibility
WEST CHESTER, Pa. (March 11, 2022) — Quadratec, Inc., the world’s largest independent aftermarket parts and accessories retailer and wholesaler for Jeep® vehicles, recently unveiled its soft-top vinyl Tailgate Bike Pad for the 2020-22 Jeep JT Gladiator.
This uniquely-engineered Tailgate Bike Pad is specifically constructed to fit the Gladiator tailgate and offers a secure transport alternative for bicycles of all types. Its thick, soft-top style vinyl lets users mount bicycles safely over the tailgate without fear of damage, while a soft foam-padded backside protects the vehicle’s paint. The pad’s curved design affords unrestricted use of the Gladiator’s factory backup camera, and a hook and loop flap provides access to the tailgate latch.
“This new custom-designed bike pad makes the loading and unloading of your bikes a breeze and is a sensible alternative for those who do not want to mount a heavier bicycle rack,” said Quadratec Senior Category Manager Dan O’Connor. “It’s perfect for those off-the-road mountain bike adventures.”
Quadratec’s Tailgate Bike Pad installs with a simple four-strap system that loops between the tailgate and body and connects with buckles. It securely accepts up to five bicycles using straps on the face of the pad and includes a three-year limited warranty.
