As experts in automotive public relations, Kahn Media is no stranger to Jay Leno’s Garage. After months of strategizing and coordinating with Jay’s team on which car of the Petersen Automotive Museum’s extensive collection he’d like to film with, the Jaguar XKSS, formerly owned by Steve McQueen, was decided on. While usually only Petersen employees are allowed to drive the Petersen’s vehicles, an exception was made for Jay. Always one of the most popular pieces of the Petersen’s collection, the car did not disappoint Mr. Leno, who appreciated not only the aesthetics of the car, but its fantastic driving ability, especially for a car that is almost 60 years old.
