Bryan Stevens has been promoted to Exhibitions and Creative Director, while Cindy Sisson and Scott Ragan have been added to corporate sponsorship and partnership
Los Angeles, Calif. (October 11th, 2017) – In anticipation of five exhibits opening in 2018, the Petersen Automotive Museum today announced an internal promotion, as well as expansion to its corporate partnerships department with the appointment of two new executives.
Bryan Stevens, who has been with the Petersen since 2005, has been promoted to Exhibitions and Creative Director. Stevens is now responsible for the overall development of new exhibitions, including the upcoming “Porsche Effect” exhibit, scheduled to open in February of 2018.
Cindy Sisson has been named the museum’s corporate partnerships consultant. She joins the Petersen after an extensive career in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 companies, professional sports franchises, nonprofits and government. For the past three years, Sisson has worked as a consultant on the museum’s Checkered Flag 200 special events, including a tribute to NASCAR legend Richard Petty.
Scott Ragan has been appointed as the museum’s corporate partnerships manager. A volunteer docent at the Petersen, Ragan brings 14 years of experience in digital media and marketing to the new position. Ragan will utilize his technical skills to solidify and build the museum’s existing relationships within the international automotive community.
“This upcoming year will be extremely busy for the museum so it was essential to promote, as well as bring in, people who have extensive knowledge about the automotive world,” said Petersen Automotive Museum Executive Director Terry L. Karges. “Their backgrounds in business and nonprofits aligns perfectly with our goals, while furthering our ambitious growth plans.”
