Most recently, Kahn Media received an Hermes Creative Award, which honors the creative industry’s best publications, branding collateral, websites, videos, advertising, marketing and communication programs. Kahn Media was recognized in the Media Relations and Press Kit Strategic Campaigns category for its 1990s-themed campaign for Bring a Trailer. To highlight the surging interest in ‘90s cars on the popular automotive auction site, Kahn Media’s in-house creative and public relations teams created and distributed a period-correct press kit to strategically selected media outlets and influencers. The kit included ‘90s-style printed infographics, 35mm film slides, a USB drive in the shape of a cassette tape and a pair of vintage Oakley Frogskins. As a result of this unique initiative, stories were generated in premier outlets like CNN, Newsweek, Yahoo! Finance, Robb Report and The Sun.
Kahn Media also received gold from the Stevie Awards, which recognizes the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Kahn Media took top honors in the Communications or PR Campaign of the Year – Influencer Management category for its work with the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association. To increase awareness of Goodguys’ legendary car shows with a new audience base, Kahn Media executed an exclusive influencer collaboration at one of Goodguys’ largest shows of the year with top automotive content creator Garrett Reed and his @AmericanMuscleHD Instagram channel. The collaboration not only introduced Goodguys to AmericanMuscleHD’s 2.3 million followers but also created on-the-ground content and visibility that yielded over 186,000 accounts reached, 700,000 impressions and 13,000 profile visits on the Goodguys’ Instagram feed within 48 hours.
The Titan Business Awards, an international awards platform that recognizes and honors significant achievements across a wide range of industries, selected Kahn Media as a gold winner in the PR & Communications – Best Media Relations Strategy category for its efforts surrounding Ringbrothers’ four custom vehicle debuts at the 2022 SEMA Show. The hybrid campaign consisted of distributing press releases and executing at-show unveilings for each vehicle, sharing teaser shots and videos on Ringbrothers’ social media platforms and providing content for influencers to generate pre-show excitement leading up to the unveils. The campaign concluded by providing embargoed content to multiple media outlets for editorial coverage, along with providing on-site support via social posts, video production, SMS notifications and press conferences. The four custom vehicles received global recognition with over 300 stories in the U.S., North America, Europe, Asia, and Central and South America.
