Southern California-based agency to execute strategic media outreach in anticipation of the shows return to Los Angeles Convention Center in March
Moorpark, Calif. (September, 2017) – Kahn Media has been selected as the agency of record for the second annual Classic Auto Show (CAS), which will return to the Los Angeles Convention Center March 2-4, 2018. The classic auto event of the year will feature an array of classic cars and trucks, appearances by automotive celebrities and restoration and auto detailing demonstrations.
“The Classic Auto Show is something totally unique in the So Cal market, uniting a variety of different automotive enthusiast groups with a huge display of brands, builders and icons all under one roof,” said Kahn Media President, Dan Kahn. “Downtown Los Angeles is booming right now, and this event will give fans, enthusiasts and families access to automotive celebrities, rare collections, live demonstrations and much more into one action-packed ‘must attend’ event.”
Kahn Media will handle public relations and specific marketing campaigns for the CAS team with an emphasis on expanding the show’s mainstream appeal and reach.
“Having a highly regarded agency based in Los Angeles that specializes in the automotive industry was essential in our selection process,” said SVP, Michael Carlucci of the Classic Auto Show. “Kahn has an exceptional reputation for generating brand-building media coverage and promoting automotive events. Synergistically, we couldn’t ask for a better public relations partner.”
Building on the success of its inaugural show in January, next year’s CAS will offer a wealth of new attractions, including The Restoration Pavilion and Stage and an Auto Detailing Studio offering daily interactive demos and discussions. The show’s “Movies Under the Cars” theater will offer attendees a first-hand look at iconic films and documentaries. CAS fans will be able to vote on the direction of CAS Project Car throughout the build process. For younger gear heads and their families, The CAS Kids Zone will offer a space for children to express their love of cars through hands-on experiences.
