New functionality, customizable alerts, intuitive interface and more in a mobile-first platform
Did you know that Bring a Trailer (BaT) now has an app? Available on the Apple App Store with a Google Play Store version for Android users coming soon, the app allows users to take the BaT experience out of the browser and into a mobile-first environment that includes the website’s key features, along with new ways to explore and use BaT.
New functionality spotlights freshly listed and popular auctions, premium and no-reserve listings, bidding activity and model pages in an intuitive layout that helps users discover all manner of interesting auctions they might otherwise have missed. The app also provides customizable alerts using the iPhone Notifications Center to make staying on top of auctions and bidding activity even more convenient.
Key app features include:
- Simple, intuitive bidding and auction monitoring right in the app
- Customizable alerts and push notifications about bidding activity, closing auctions, watched vehicles and more in the iPhone Notifications Center for one-touch convenience
- Ability to read and leave comments on auctions and other community pages
- Access to data on BaT’s more than 130,000 completed auctions to compare and filter auction results, and track price trends with interactive charts
