APR Launches New Hand-Built T304-stainless-steel Catback Exhaust System for 2015-2019 Audi S3 complete with built in valves to adjust tone and volume
Opelika, Ala. (November, 2018) – APR, a leader in Volkswagen and Audi tuning and engineering, has designed and developed an all-new exhaust system for the 2015-2019 Audi S3. The new exhaust system offers a rich tone as well as an optional Exhaust Remote to control the valve operation of the system.
The APR S3 exhaust system is hand-crafted out of T304 stainless-steel with high-strength TIG welding construction throughout. The straight-through brushed-finished mufflers smooth the exhaust note to a deep growl, without adding restrictions, while carefully designed Helmholtz resonators reduce unwanted frequencies and drone. A single three-inch pipe expands to four two-and-a-half inch outs with mandrel bent tubing. The four-inch removable exhaust tips are offered in polished, brushed and polished Diamond-Black finishes.
The system bolts in easily and is held in place with high-quality bracketry including OEM style clamps, while retaining compatibility with OEM and APR downpipes. The low-profile design also provides clearance for lowered vehicles while enhancing aesthetics. The exhaust system is compatible with the 2015-2019 Audi S3 and includes a limited lifetime warranty. Pricing begins at $1,999.99 and the system can be purchased from APR or an authorized APR dealer.
