Full Time Positions

Administrative Assistant – Full Time

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Duties will include providing support to the company president, assisting with operational needs, general administrative duties, and maintaining the company’s social media pages.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent time management skills, has good written and verbal communication skills, and is a good problem solver.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Answer phone calls for company president and take messages as needed
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for company president
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
• Maintain inventory of and order office supplies
• Research and create presentations
• Generate reports
• Handle multiple projects
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
• Maintain company social media pages

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Typing – 50 wpm or faster preferred
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Account Executive – Full Time

Education Requirements: Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, English or Communications

We are looking for a talented Account Executive for our public relations and social media team. Under the supervision of a Senior Account Executive, our Account Executives are responsible for developing and implementing PR and social media strategies, maintaining relationships with journalists, communicating directly with clients, attending events and trade shows to support clients, facilitating interviews with the media, capturing content for social media use, and creating monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for clients. The ideal candidate will be a talented writer, have a deep understanding of the current media landscape (everything from social influencer outreach to blogs to print pubs), have a thorough working knowledge of all major social media channels and must have a passion for communication – If you love the outdoors, the luxury/lifestyle space, tech, cars, or trucks, even better.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Write press releases, news stories, and turn key articles
  • Pitch stories about clients or client products/services to media outlets
  • Respond to phone calls and inquiries from journalists
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists at major media outlets and influential websites
  • Attend client events and industry conferences
  • Maintain daily/weekly contact with clients to ensure we are meeting their needs
  • Create daily/weekly posts for client social media channels (mostly Facebook and Instagram)
  • Monitor the clients’ social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the clients’ social media strategies and offer quarterly reports to management
  • Work with the creative department to create unique social media content using client content (photos/videos) or schedule shoots based on specific content needs
  • Monitor media coverage and create monthly reports for clients that include analysis on social media metrics
  • Capture content (photo/video) at client events for use on social media

Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • 2-3 years professional experience in Public Relations (preferably in an agency setting)
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of AP Style as it pertains to writing for PR
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Basic photography/video and editing skills
  • Those with basic technical knowledge of automobiles, trucks, and off-road driving will be given priority

Social Media Manager – Full Time

Education Requirements: Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, English or Communications

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance the brand of our clients on various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a social media content strategy that is designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and our clients. The successful candidate will have a passion for all things automotive, possess a deep understanding of the current trends in social media, be able to analyze traffic and interaction to develop more successful campaigns, and be able to write clean copy with no typos or grammatical errors.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work closely with the account teams to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve client marketing goals
  • Develop reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and account teams
  • Monitor the clients’ social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the clients’ social media strategies and offer quarterly reports to the management and account teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
  • Create daily/weekly posts for client social media channels (mostly Facebook and Instagram)
  • Work with the creative department to create unique social media content using client content (photos/videos) or schedule shoots based on specific content needs
  • Capture still and video content at events, on planned shoots, and during shop tours to use as social content

Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years professional experience in social media management
  • Basic photography/video and editing skills

  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way

Videographer – Full Time

Education Requirements: Degree in Multimedia, Videography or similar.

The ideal candidate will be a talented shooter and editor, have a thorough working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere and After Effects, be able to manage a project from storyboard to finished video, and have a passion for telling compelling stories – and if you’re an obsessive gearhead or adrenaline junkie, even better.

Videographer will work closely with the VP of Creative to ensure high-quality video production and an efficient work flow. When there is a high workload, the videographer must be able to manage freelancers/interns when needed. This is a full-time, in-house position that sometimes requires long hours and travel as needed.

Criteria:

– Storyboarding Video
– Planning Narrative
– Shooting with Canon DSLR
– Using DJI Ronin or similar gimbal
– Experience with DJI Inspire or similar drone a plus, but not required
– Understand and have the ability to control lighting
– Set up and monitor audio equipment
– Edit with Adobe Creative Suite applications
– Must be available to travel and work weekends
– Must have over 4 years of video experience

Part Time Internships

Public Relations Intern – Part Time (Paid)

Education Requirements: Currently pursuing a major in PR, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

We are seeking a Public Relations Intern, who is enthusiastic about the automotive industry and has innovative ideas. The intern will work closely with Account Managers and learn about the inner circle of public relations. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities include:

• Create media lists and archive and track stories
• Write content for social media posts
• Provide remote and on-site event coverage
• Develop story creation and pitching skills
• Preparing client reports and pitching releases
