Lund International debuts eighteen new products, wins a SEMA Best New Product Award and Global Media Award and has one of its booth vehicles chosen for the Battle of the Builders Truck/Off-Road Top 10

Buford, Ga. (November, 2018) —  Lund International® today announced that it has returned from its most successful SEMA Show in recent history. The automotive accessory giant, known for brands AMP Research®, AVS®, Belmor®, Bushwacker®, LUND®, Rampage Products™, RoadWorks Manufacturing®, Roll-N-Lock®, Stampede® and Tonno Pro® — announced the release of 18 new products at this year’s SEMA Show, won two coveted product awards and had one of its project vehicles chosen for the Truck/Off-Road Top 10 in SEMA’s “Battle of the Builders” competition.

Within its portfolio of brands, Lund International’s Jeep-focused brand, Rampage Products, released the most new products this year, including a host of new accessories for the new Jeep Wrangler JL. This year’s show saw the introduction of the Rampage Products™ TrailCrawler™ line, including the TrailCrawler™ Skid Plate, TrailCrawler™ Steps and TrailCrawler™ Bumper.

Ventvisor® Side Window Deflector innovator AVS® won SEMA’s “Best New Exterior Accessory Product” with the introduction of its AVS® Aeroskin® LightShield™ Hood Protector. The first of its kind, the Aeroskin® LightShield™ Hood Protector features an integrated light bar comprised of amber LED marker lights designed into the classic Aeroskin® Hood Protector.

Roll-N-Lock® was selected for a 2019 Global Media Award for the launch of its new QwikRak™ Rec Bars Rack System which adds the ability to hold up to 350 pounds of cargo above the truck bed while still maintaining the security Roll-N-Lock® is known for. The international all-media panel reviewed nearly 3,000 new products, selecting those that would be of the most interest to their readership.

Additionally, one of Lund International’s nine booth vehicles was selected to compete in the 2018 SEMA “Battle of the Builders” competition, making it all the way into the Truck/Off-Road Top 10.  The 1973 International Scout II built by VIK Kustoms was off-road ready thanks to the latest products from Lund International brands AMP Research, Bushwacker and Rampage Products.

Continuing its tradition of providing excellence to its resellers, Lund International was recognized again in 2018 with “Platinum” status for its product data with SEMA Data Co-Op — the highest rating that can be achieved through the data management organization.
